Program Vision

The ELC has a team of well-trained early childhood professionals who are dedicated and committed to developing, nurturing, and stimulating the potential growth of young children.

We work closely with local school districts to assure those children entering kindergarten are socially, emotionally, and academically prepared to succeed.

ELCs Toddler program is designed to stimulate sensory activities and language development and provide methods to encourage problem solving and intellectual development.

We partner with Project Incite, Parents as Teachers, Read – A – Loud, Nemours, DAEYC, DIECC, and various organizations to assist us in helping to maintain developmentally sound and excellent childcare programs.
